As we move towards autumn and the days begin to soften, this retreat will be your invitation to slow down and prepare for the darker months ahead.
This will be a space to hibernate, ground, and gently let go.
A space to deeply replenish body, mind + spirit, to turn inward, and restore. 🌙

This half-day retreat includes a luxurious Cleaver & Wake grazing table lunch - an opportunity to nourish your body on another level and share a meal with the retreat community.
Dietary requirements will be collected during the booking process - there will be something for everyone.

“Izzy’s day retreat was one of the most spiritually, emotionally and physically rewarding experiences of my life. I felt rejuvenated and hopeful after, and we forged such a strong bond with beautiful women who were strangers in the morning but friends by the afternoon.
The day was relaxed and completely optional, and I felt truly at one with my inner maiden. I myself got a little overwhelmed and emotional with the beauty of the day, but that is just a testament to Izzy and her ability to put you at ease and guide you intuitively towards what you needed to get out of the day.

Although some people join with a friend or family member, over half of the participants joining, usually join theses retreats alone. So if you’re thinking of joining alone, you will be in good company, surrounded by like minded humans, who are probably attending for similar reasons to you.
These retreats are the perfect space to connect, meet new people and build community.
Equally, they also allow space for solitude, if you’re feeling a little more introverted and are simply needing some time for yourself.

There is no experience of yoga or somatics needed for these retreats.
The practices are gentle, accessible and can be adapted to all bodies.
Simply show up and you will be held and guided every step of the way.
