Open to women of all ages and abilities. No experience of yoga needed.
Trauma-informed and mental health aware. All practices are invitational and intend to be as inclusive and accessible as possible; your diversity and choices are very much celebrated here.
Spaces are limited to 10 per session

Trent Lane, Burton Joyce, Nottingham, NG14 (full address will be sent out after booking)
Timings:
All sessions run from 10am-1.30pm (yoga class + spa time + time for a welcome tea + homemade soup

Bookings are non-refundable. However if you are no longer able to make it, you will be able to gift your space to a friend.
