Here we can gather from the comfort and cosiness of our own homes, create space amidst all the noise and the busyness, and discover an inner sanctuary that lies within.

 These workshops will support you to connect to the wisdom of your body and the earth; connecting to inner and outer cycles and seasons, and learning to work with these sacred rhythms.
